Jeremy and I started on my fitness in '07. Age wise I was 60yo and needed fitness to help me through surgical procedures for my worn out cartilage from years of tennis and squash. Jeremy has been innovative for me in this area and works in with surgeons and physios for the best outcome for me. Jeremy is a good communicator which of course means that he listens to my input and is very reliable and always punctual.
