Training exceeds expectations. Every. Single. Session. Highlights are too many to mention. He has literally reframed how I approach health and fitness and as a direct result given me a self-confidence and quality of life that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. That is a pretty good highlight.

My time with Jeremy has far exceeded my expectations, forcing me set new ones constantly! My goal was simply to recover from injuries and not only have we achieved that, I am now in the best physical & mental shape of my entire life and continue to improve on that every day.

I’m a busy professional and dad who was struggling to find time to maintain my fitness. Jeremy’s sessions have been flexible and tailored to my individual requirements and we’ve been able to do them at a time that is convenient and well suited to my lifestyle. I’ve made significant gains in strength and overall fitness.

Jeremy and I started on my fitness in '07. Age wise I was 60yo and needed fitness to help me through surgical procedures for my worn out cartilage from years of tennis and squash. Jeremy has been innovative for me in this area and works in with surgeons and physios for the best outcome for me. Jeremy is a good communicator which of course means that he listens to my input and is very reliable and always punctual. I have to thank Jeremy for helping me keep physically strong to enjoy my days work as a pharmacist and am still able to play tennis twice a week over 70yo!

My husband and I own and run the Brisbane Martial Arts Academy. Through this time we have encounter many low level injuries by which Jeremy has helped understand and set out the right path towards a quick return to the mats. Jeremy helped me post-physio after a shoulder surgery to regain and further develop strength in my upper body and helped me gain a better understanding of full body training. For the past 2 years Jeremy has been my trainer and has been very professional and reliable.
