Feel Good Movements is a strategic system that incorporates a holistic approach to goal-specific lifestyle changes, designed to accommodate all ages and body types.

We understand that everybody is different based on their experience with sport, past or current injuries, and goals. Our staff will go above and beyond to make sure the training we provide is the training that your body needs. We aim to provide the tools to ensure that you are moving and feeling good and do this by offering three distinct services:

  1. Personal training – Get the attention that you need from one of our certified professionals to help you reach your fitness goals.
  2. Mobility sessions – Mobility is critical in increasing strength as well as reducing the risk of injury.
  3. Programming – Customised programs that you can take with you anywhere.

Feel Good Movements would like to acknowledge that our work is being coordinated on the traditional lands of the Yuggera people and pay respect to the First Nations people as the traditional owners of this land, including our respect to Elders both past, present and future.

Our team has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and the education of our trainers is on-going. We continually strive to provide information and direction to all our clients so that they can find a routine and format of training that works best for their lifestyle.
