Online: Don’t have time to come into the studio? That’s no problem at all! Our personal training sessions can be done 100% remotely so you can still receive the valuable information you need in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Mobility Sessions

Want to come with a group or get your entire office feeling good? No problem – we provide tailored mobility sessions for corporate teams that will equip you with the knowledge and tools required to manage pain, injuries, or dysfunctions.
In these sessions, we aim to educate you on the negative effects of poor posture and issues that can arise from a sedentary work life. After just one session, your team will have knowledge that they can take with them back to the office so they can lead a healthier life. Corporate sessions are also a great way to promote inter- or intra-departmental team-building and ice-breaker sessions.


Mobility Sessions

Every week, Feel Good Movements runs face-to-face classes which can also be accessed online from the comfort of your home. We have clients that range from novices to experienced fitness enthusiasts who utilise the Feel Good Movement system in their everyday life to alleviate and manage dysfunction, pain, or injury.
